There is no fixed monthly fee for using Payday, but you pay based on usage. For example, the "All Inclusive" subscription can cost a maximum of 6.900 kr. + VAT per month or 2% of sent invoices. This means that if you send invoices for 100.000 kr. then you pay 2.000 kr. + VAT for Payday but never more than 6.900 kr. + VAT.
If you need to calculate salaries, pay withholding tax, pension fund and value added tax then your "All Inclusive" subscription plan is suitable for your business. However, if you just need a simple way to send electronic invoices, the "Light" subscription plan is perfect for that.
You can change your subscription plan at any time, taking into account the monthly fee based on the time you switch.
Payday is specifically tailored to the needs of freelancers and small businesses.
When your trial period is over you don't need to enable specifically further use of Payday. At the beginning of each month, an invoice is sent to your online bank for use the previous month.
